Exceptional Kids Paediatric Occupational Therapy Services is an allied health paediatric private practice opened in January 2021. We are located in Wilston, Brisbane, and we provide evidence informed occupational therapy services to help your child achieve their goals.
Principal Occupational Therapist Sarah Cavallaro brings over 17 years of experience and has worked in the not for profit sector as well as in private practice. At Exceptional Kids, we are passionate about working collaboratively with families to achieve your goals and to gain a sense of satisfaction out of a job well done. We are also passionate about educating families, teachers and other Occupational Therapists on practical ways to support development and growth at school and in the family home.

We love to work with children between the ages of 3 and 14 who are neuro-diverse, and we passionately believe that the family is central to the child. Sarah is trained in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and offers assessments and support for families applying to the NDIS.

We provide professional development for teachers and educators to better understand and nurture their student's developmental, psycho-social and educational needs. We also offer 1:1 or group sessions for parent education.
